Everything on this site is published to inform. None of it is an offer, a quotation, or an undertaking to buy or supply goods, and none of it can be accepted to form a contract.

We are bound only by a written offer we issue that is then accepted, or by a signed sales contract. If a contract says something different from this site, the contract prevails.

The grades, analyses, physical properties, standards, HS codes, packaging and delivery terms on the division pages show what we can generally source. They are a guide only and are confirmed, or not, at the time of offer.

The quality parameters, test methods, tolerances, quantities, packaging, marking, Incoterms and delivery windows that bind us are the ones written into the offer and contract for a particular shipment.

Standards, test methods, UN numbers and tariff classifications — including references to SNI or to Indonesian import requirements — are given for orientation. Check what applies to your own jurisdiction, end use and route before relying on them.

Whether a product can be supplied depends on production, freight and regulation at the time you ask. Being listed here does not mean a line is available now, to your destination, or on your terms.

We may turn down any enquiry, and will do so where it would mean misdescribing goods, origin or end use; where a counterparty, vessel or destination fails sanctions or restricted-party screening; or where quality cannot be confirmed by an accepted test method before loading.

Insights articles and any guidance here on specification, inspection, Incoterms, documents, import licensing, agronomy, dangerous goods or trade finance are general in nature. They are not legal, regulatory, agronomic, engineering or financial advice for your situation.

Take advice suited to your own position and transaction before acting on any of it.

Inspection companies, standards bodies, government agencies, ports, standards and equipment categories are named only to identify or describe them. Naming them does not mean we are their dealer, agent, licensee or partner, or that they endorse us.

These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute about them falls to the competent courts of Indonesia, with the District Court of Denpasar (Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar) as the court of first instance. A sale of goods is governed by the law and dispute clause in its own contract, which may be different.

These terms may be revised. Whichever version is on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
